Inspired by the cinematic wonder of Italian director, Federico Fellini("La Dolce Vita"), Daniel Lir founded Dolce Films. As one of company's Executive Producers, Daniel handles creative content and client relations.

Since graduating from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Daniel has worked with such champion athletes as Nastia Liukin and Andy Roddick, music legends Isaac Hayes and P. Diddy, fashion icons Oscar De La Renta and Carolina Hererra as well as produced work for MTV, Smashbox Cosmetics, City Harvest, Adidas, Atlantic Records and the Tennis Channel.

As an independent filmaker, Daniel prides himself in creating an original, highly visual and meaningful cinema. Daniel received two top awards at the Digital Creator's Contest in Tokyo, Japan -including the prestigious Ryuichi Sakamoto Award. (Oscar winning Music Composer Bernardo Bertolucci's "The Last Emperor" and Oliver Stone's, "Heaven and Earth")

With fellow Dolce Films Executive Producer, Bayou Bennett, he co-wrote and co-directed the award winning hit comedy "Text Me", which has traveled around the world to over 15 film festivals and received top honors from execs at Fox, Fox Searchlight, DreamWorks and New Regency. Both he and Bayou are currently developing their feature films "Skateboarding with Saddam"(Official Selection Beverly Hills Film Festival, Semi-finalist of the Ultimate Filmmaker Competition) and "Bazooka Universe"

As Executive Producer of Dolce Films, Bayou works on all short films, features, commercial and video projects as the company's executive producer of content.

More specifically, Bayou handles the development, casting and day-to-day production matters for the company, while also co-writing and co-directing projects for Dolce Films.

She is the producer, co-writer and co-director of the award-winning comedy, "Text Me", which has appeared in over 15 film festivals and stars Matt Bennett of Nickelodeon's "Victorious." In addition, Bayou was the Executive Producer on Dolce's award-winning TV pilot "Around the Block", starring Lea Michelle of Fox's "Glee".

She produced and co-directed PSAs and commercials for City Harvest, Narconon, IndieFlix as well as various music videos throughout the year and recently finished directing "Me, My Father and the Hurricane" a heart-warming feature documentary about her relationship with her father, legendary musician, Washboard Leo Thomas
